At budglet LLC, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This refund policy applies to all services and products offered by budglet LLC, including our professional marketing services, website development services, and the budglet money management application.

Digital Products (budglet Application)

Subscription Services

• Cancellations made within 14 days of initial subscription purchase will be eligible for a full refund
• After the 14-day period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing period
• Unused portion of annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion

One-Time Purchases

• One-time purchases of the budglet application are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused or if technical issues prevent proper usage
• Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of the issue encountered

Professional Marketing Services

Website Development

• Deposits for website development projects are non-refundable
• If a project is cancelled before completion:
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at our standard hourly rate
• Any remaining balance will be refunded
• Completed website projects are eligible for revision as per the original project scope but are not eligible for refunds

Marketing Services

• Monthly marketing service subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice
• No refunds will be issued for completed work or services already rendered
• Unused prepaid services may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion

How to Request a Refund

1. Submit your refund request to [email protected]
2. Include the following information:

• Your full name
• Purchase date
• Order/Invoice number
• Reason for refund request
• Preferred refund method

Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
• Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount

Exceptions

We reserve the right to:

• Deny refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements
• Make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis
• Modify this refund policy at any time
